His work spans conditions affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys and digestive system, as well as diabetes and other metabolic disorders. He brings these different aspects of a patient’s health together to make a diagnosis, manage treatment and help prevent complications.

Dr Victoria Mbije
Medical DoctorProvides compassionate, patient-centred care and quality assurance to the Centre. Her interests over the years have leaned towards preventive health and maternal and child health.
Dr Glady Kipuyo
Medical DoctorBrings six years of clinical experience to the Centre, with a focus on maternal and child health. She treats patients and teaches clinical students at a health training college, and has a background in quality assurance.

Registered NurseBrings nearly three years of maternity-ward experience to the Centre. He spent two years and eight months supporting maternity care in Mwanza before joining MacWish Medical Centre.

Nursing AssistantBrings three years of working experience in internal medicine to the Centre, supporting patient assessment, treatment and follow-up alongside the clinical team.
Esther Mlassa
Nursing AssistantBrings seven years of nursing experience to the Centre. Esther began in a male circumcision programme in 2019, then spent five years in hospital nursing, working on the postnatal ward, in the operating theatre and in the central sterile services department.

Emmanuel Shirima
Laboratory TechnicianBrings three years of medical laboratory experience to the Centre. Emmanuel's work covers clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, parasitology and phlebotomy, as well as laboratory quality assurance. He is committed to accurate testing, patient safety and reliable results that support good clinical care.

Laboratory TechnicianBrings six years of medical laboratory experience to the Centre, supporting accurate testing and reliable results that contribute to safe, effective patient care.

Huruma Shukuru
Pharmaceutical TechnicianBrings in-charge experience and a grounding in the national medicines supply chain to the Centre. Huruma has supported medicines management across healthcare facilities and regional supply operations in Kagera, the Southern Zone and Rukwa.
Neema Lumambo
Pharmaceutical TechnicianDedicated Pharmaceutical Technician focused on safe, quality and patient-centred pharmaceutical care. She brings experience in pharmacy operations, patient education and medicines safety, with a commitment to professionalism, continuous learning and better health outcomes.

Amani Lyewe
Head of ICTBrings seven years of software engineering to the Centre, and twelve systems built and running. His work spans two computer systems design studios — one in Missouri, USA, the other here in Tanzania.
