Routine and urgent testing on site — blood counts, biochemistry, malaria and infection screening — with results to your record.
Vaccinations
Childhood immunisation and adult vaccination, scheduled and tracked so the next dose is not the one that gets forgotten.
Chronic Disease Care
Structured follow-up for diabetes, hypertension and other long-term conditions, with vitals tracked between visits in the app.
Emergency Support
Round-the-clock support for urgent presentations, with observation rooms for the cases that need watching before a decision.

A teleconsultation with a MacWish doctor through the Afya Hub app — for follow-ups, results and anything that does not need hands on.
At Your Home
Request a doctor home visit through the app when travelling in is not realistic — for elderly patients, new mothers, or anyone too unwell to move.
